Bringing over 20 years’ industry experience as Head of Photography for a market-leading estate agent covering six counties, I’ve travelled the length and breadth of the country and photographed more than 17,000 homes, making me highly experienced in home preparation and delivering outstanding results.

Using state-of-the-art equipment and advanced lighting techniques, I prepare and stage every room before photographing it. Meticulous attention to detail - and a creative approach to lighting and composition - sets my service apart.

RICS Floorplans

Now able to provide industry standard RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) compliant floorplans, fully formatted and delivered in your own company colours and designs.

The plans are fully customisable to match your existing brand and corporate colours.

Being fully trained to measure, scan and draw floorplans with the highest degree of accuracy, these are then converted in a timely manner

Floorplans can be carried out at the same time as the photoshoot to offer a more value for money service and only one visit for your vendor.

Prioritising a fast turnaround will maximize your marketing impact. Final photography are delivered to you within 12 hours of completing the photoshoot - via your preferred method (Zip File, WeTransfer, Dropbox, or FTP), allowing for a seamless, prompt listing launch.

Drone photography

Vehicle removal

I’m meticulous in my quality checks and take great care to spot and remove any vehicles that may detract from the image.

Whether it’s exterior shots, where I’ll even remove neighbours’ cars - or vehicles visible through windows in interior images, every detail is carefully refined.

Creating a strong first impression is essential when marketing your property. Thoughtfully preparing your home before a professional photo shoot will ensure it is presented at its very best.

By following my guidance below - combined with my expertise in lighting, composition, and presentation - I will showcase your home in a way that creatively captures buyers’ attention and maximises its market appeal.

Exterior Presentation (Kerb Appeal)

The exterior is the first thing people see - make it count.

  • Ensure pathways are clean and free of leaves or debris

  • Remove vehicles from driveways where possible

  • Store away bins, hoses, toys, washing lines, and bin bags

  • Open curtains and blinds to create a welcoming look

Kitchen Styling

A clean, uncluttered kitchen conveys space and functionality.

  • Clear all worktops of non-essential items

  • Hide cleaning items such as sponges, cloths, and gloves

  • Ensure cupboard doors and drawers are fully closed

  • Remove magnets and personal items from the fridge

A Master Craftsman
"We were lucky enough to have Ollie as the photographer when our home went on the market recently. I have a very critical eye for composition and lighting in a photograph and am not easily impressed so I have to confess that I wasn't looking forward to the photo-shoot expecting to be disapointed. Happily though, I couldn't have been more wrong! I was delighted to find that Ollie was a master craftsman. He not only has an eye for a great shot, he also takes such pride in what he does that he will go above and beyond to get that shot and show your home at it's absolute best.
